Privacy

What we collect

When you request a sample or buy a service, we may receive your name, phone number, business name, location, website or social link, menu, product photos and project instructions. The public website does not intentionally use advertising trackers. Basic hosting analytics may record aggregate visits, device type and referring page.

Why we use it

We use submitted information only to evaluate your request, contact you, create the agreed sample or website, provide support, prevent abuse and keep payment or invoice records where required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell lead or customer data. Information may be processed by the hosting provider, domain registrar, WhatsApp or Meta when you choose to message us, and the payment provider when you choose to pay. Each provider applies its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Unconverted sample requests should be deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to retain them. Customer project and transaction records may be retained for the period needed to provide the service and satisfy legal, tax or dispute obligations. You may request correction or deletion through the contact details above, subject to records we must legally keep.

Security and children

Payment-card, banking and government identity information is not collected through this website. Payments and identity verification are handled by the selected payment provider. This service is for business owners aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.

Service terms

Scope

The Rs. 2,999 launch package includes the items listed on the pricing section at the time of purchase. A written WhatsApp or email summary will confirm the menu size, included revision, delivery target, hosted URL and any extras before an advance is paid.

Free sample

A free sample is a private, limited design preview. It is not a complete website, does not include source files or public hosting, and may contain placeholder content. We may decline a request that is outside the service niche or lacks enough usable information.

Payment, tax and delivery

Unless the written quote says otherwise, 50% is due after sample approval and before production; the balance is due after final preview and before public launch or source-file handover. The 48-hour target begins only after the advance and all required content arrive. Customer delays pause the delivery clock. Unless an invoice states otherwise, the quoted Rs. 2,999 is the total service price. GST is not separately charged while the supplier is not registered under GST.

Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you have permission to use every logo, photo, menu, testimonial, trademark and other item you supply. You are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, order fulfilment, food safety, tax, consumer disclosures, licences and customer support. We may refuse illegal, deceptive, unsafe or infringing content.

Ownership

You retain ownership of supplied material. After full payment, you receive the right to use the finished custom page for your business. Reusable components, general templates, tools and know-how remain with the service operator unless a quote explicitly transfers them. A custom domain must be registered in the customer's name.

Third parties and results

WhatsApp, payment links, domain registrars, search engines and hosting are third-party services. Their availability and policies are outside our control. We do not guarantee traffic, search ranking, leads, sales, revenue or platform approval.

Support and liability

The launch package includes one reasonable revision round and correction of reproducible defects reported within 14 days of launch. New sections, products beyond the agreed limit, redesigns and ongoing edits are quoted separately. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability connected with a project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds and cancellation

No payment is required for the initial sample. You may cancel for a full advance refund before custom production work begins. Once custom work begins, the advance covers reserved time and completed work; any refund is based fairly on the undelivered portion rather than a blanket no-refund rule. If we cancel before delivering a production preview, the advance is refunded in full.

If the delivered production preview materially misses the written scope, tell us specifically what is wrong and allow the included revision. If we cannot deliver the agreed core scope after that revision, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion. Change-of-mind after approved custom work, delayed content, rejected third-party accounts, search performance and results outside the written scope are not refund grounds.

Approved third-party costs such as domains, paid fonts, stock assets or payment-provider charges are not refundable by us after purchase. Any stronger rights available under Indian consumer law continue to apply.
