How quickly will my website be ready?
A standard website is usually ready within 4-5 business days after we receive the agreed details, images and other content. Social, payment or chatbot work may need more time; we confirm that in the scope.
How does payment work?
After we confirm the scope, the first 50% of your chosen plan starts the project. It is refundable before production starts and non-refundable once work begins. After you review the completed site and included revision, the final 50% is due only if you choose to continue with launch and handover.
How do I add products, services and prices?
After the website is completed and payment is settled, you receive a secure dashboard login. From there, you can add and update your catalogue, pricing, images and the other controls agreed in your website brief.
Can you guarantee more orders or a Google ranking?
No honest person can guarantee either. We make the buying journey clearer, the page fast and crawlable, and give visitors a strong next step.
Do customers pay on the page?
Base uses WhatsApp enquiries and does not include payment integration. On-site payments are available with Pro or Max, subject to your provider account and an approved setup.
Do I need a custom domain?
Not necessarily. We can launch on a hosted link. A custom domain can look more professional and is charged at the registrar's actual price, with ownership kept in your name.
What happens after the first year?
The first year of hosting is free. Annual maintenance charges are ₹1,499 per year after one year. You can also discuss moving the site or taking it down.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Major changes are included for one week after delivery. After that, major changes are charged at ₹499 per hour. You can still update your catalogue and other enabled details through the dashboard.
