Privacy
Information we collect
When you ask about a website, submit website details or become a customer, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business name and location, social or website links, branding, photos, product or service information, project instructions and messages. If you use a client dashboard, we also process the email used to sign in, the website content and media you add, and records of changes needed to operate and secure the service. Security and hosting systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, request time and fraud or abuse signals.
Saved form drafts
The Get Started form saves an unfinished draft in your browser's local storage so you can return to it on the same device. SeedhaSite cannot read that draft until you submit the form. You can remove it using the form's reset option or by clearing this site's browser data. After submission, the form clears its local draft.
How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, agree and perform a project, build and host the requested website, provide the private dashboard, process and verify payments, provide support, maintain business and tax records, secure the service and prevent spam or misuse. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it for future processing; withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out or records we must keep.
Storage, access and service providers
Submitted website details and client-site information are stored using Cloudflare services, including D1 database storage and, where enabled, private media storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may check public submissions for automated abuse. Client dashboards are protected by Cloudflare Access, and dashboard data is limited to the website or websites assigned to the signed-in email. Authorised SeedhaSite administration may access project information when needed to build, support or secure the service.
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is needed with service providers involved in the requested service: Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security and sign-in; WhatsApp or Meta when you choose a WhatsApp action; Meta when an authorised site owner connects a Facebook Page or chooses to publish an item to it, including the selected item's title, description, public site link and photos; Razorpay or another disclosed provider when you choose to pay; and a domain registrar or another supplier agreed for your project. SeedhaSite stores a connected Facebook Page access token in encrypted form so the requested publishing feature can operate, and does not receive the Facebook account password. Hosted payment providers collect payment credentials directly. SeedhaSite may receive contact details, payment status and transaction references, but not your full card or online-banking credentials. These providers have their own terms and privacy notices and may process information in India or other jurisdictions.
Retention
An unsubmitted form draft remains only in your browser until you reset it or clear site data. Submitted enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless you ask us to retain them or they are needed for security or a dispute. Project content and dashboard records are kept while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, backup, security and dispute handling. Quotes, invoices, payment references and other records may be kept for the period required by tax, accounting or other applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices, disconnection and data deletion
You may disconnect a Facebook Page at any time from the site's private dashboard. This deletes SeedhaSite's stored Page connection and encrypted access token but does not delete posts already published to Facebook. You may also ask us for access to a summary of your information, correction, updating or deletion, or raise a privacy grievance by emailing seedhasite@gmail.com. Include the site or business name and describe what you want deleted. We will verify the request and respond subject to applicable law, the rights of others and records we are required to retain. If a third-party provider controls the requested information, including content already held by Meta, we may direct you to that provider.
India's phased data-protection framework
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are being brought into force in stages under notifications dated 13 November 2025. Certain institutional provisions are already in force; further provisions are scheduled for 13 November 2026, and most substantive processing and data-principal provisions are scheduled for 13 May 2027. We will apply the rights and duties that are in force from time to time and update this notice when the applicable requirements change.
Security, incidents and children
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including protected administration and tenant-scoped dashboard access. No internet service can promise perfect security. If a personal-data incident occurs, we will investigate and make notifications required by the law then in force. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Please do not submit a child's personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The public site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the service. Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location and usage information. The site may also store your theme preference and unfinished Get Started form draft on your device. Cloudflare and protected sign-in pages may use cookies or similar technology for security, authentication and traffic measurement.
Service terms
Agreement and scope
Sending an enquiry does not create a purchase. Before work begins, we will confirm the project scope, price, included pages and features, the included revision, content needed from you, expected delivery timing and any third-party costs in writing by email or WhatsApp. Your written approval and first payment authorise us to begin production under that agreed scope. Bespoke work or extras outside it require a further written agreement and may cost more.
50/50 payment and delivery
Unless the written quote says otherwise, the project price is paid in two equal parts. The first 50% is due after you approve the written scope and before production begins. The usual delivery estimate begins only after the first payment and all information we need have arrived; delays in your content, approvals or third-party accounts pause the timeline.
We will provide a private production preview for review. The agreed package includes one reasonable revision round. After the site and that included revision are complete and you approve the finished work, the final 50% becomes due. It must be paid before public launch, domain or file handover, and activation or handover of the private client dashboard.
The first year of hosting is free. Annual maintenance charges are ₹1,499 per year after one year. Major changes to the agreed site are included for seven calendar days after delivery. After that, major changes are charged at ₹499 per hour. We will agree the estimated hours before work begins; new features or integrations require a separate agreed scope.
Catalogue and private dashboard
Unless the written scope expressly says that we will enter initial items, SeedhaSite builds the agreed catalogue structure and the client adds and maintains its catalogue, products or services, prices, availability, descriptions and images through the private dashboard after full payment and dashboard activation. The dashboard shows only the controls included in the agreed project, which may also cover selected business details, contact information, gallery media or other approved content.
Dashboard access is assigned to the approved client email. You must keep access to that email secure, use the dashboard only for your own website and tell us promptly if access may have been compromised. If anything is unclear or you want to discuss an additional feature, get in touch with us before relying on it as included.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions and information and confirm that you have permission to use every logo, photo, description, testimonial, trademark and other item you supply or upload. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your products, services, prices and claims; stock or availability; taxes, licences and consumer disclosures; fulfilment, refunds to your own customers and customer support. We may refuse or remove illegal, deceptive, unsafe or infringing content.
Ownership
You retain ownership of material you supply. After full payment, you receive the right to use the finished client-specific website for your business. Reusable components, platform code, general templates, tools and know-how remain with the service operator unless a written quote expressly transfers them. A custom domain should be registered in the client's name or transferred as agreed in writing.
Third-party services and results
Cloudflare, WhatsApp, payment providers, domain registrars, search engines and other integrations are third-party services. Their availability, approval decisions, fees and policies are outside our control. We do not guarantee traffic, search ranking, leads, sales, revenue or approval by any platform.
Support, defects and liability
Unless the written scope says otherwise, the package includes one reasonable revision before approval, the seven-day change window after delivery, and correction of reproducible defects reported within 14 days after launch. Later major changes to the agreed site are charged at ₹499 per hour. New features, new integrations and ongoing work outside the dashboard's enabled controls require a separate agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability connected with a project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a remedy, consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Refunds and cancellation
Before production begins
If you cancel before production begins, the first 50% payment is refundable in full. Production begins when we start client-specific design, copy, code, configuration or setup after receiving your approval and first payment. We will confirm when production has begun.
After production begins
Once production begins, the first 50% payment is non-refundable because it secures production time and covers the work started. You may still choose not to continue before approving the completed site. If you stop at that stage, you do not owe the final 50%, but the first 50% is not returned.
Final payment
The final 50% is requested only after the completed site and included revision have been presented and approved. It is due before launch, handover or dashboard activation and is normally non-refundable once paid. A change of mind after approval, search or sales performance, delayed client content, or a third-party account or platform decision is not a refund reason.
If the agreed service is not delivered
If the production preview materially misses the written scope, tell us what is wrong and allow us to complete the included revision. If we then cannot provide the agreed core service, or cannot complete an approved launch or handover for a reason within our control, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law for the undelivered or materially deficient part.
Third-party costs and mandatory rights
Domains, paid assets and other third-party purchases made with your prior approval may be non-refundable after purchase; we will identify such costs before incurring them. SeedhaSite will not deduct its ordinary payment-processing fee from a refund this policy promises. Nothing in this policy removes any refund, replacement, repeat-performance or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
